Abstract

Puskesmas adalah fasilitas kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan promotif dan preventif. Salah satunya pelayanan kefarmasian pengelolaan sediaan farmasi Bahan Medis Habis Pakai (BMHP) berupa perencanaan, permintaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pemusnahan, pengendalian serta administrasi. Tujuan penelitan ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan pelaksanaan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi BMHP pada puskesmas akreditasi utama, madya dan dasar di Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada enam penanggung jawab pelayanan kefarmasian puskesmas berdasarkan buku standar pelayanan kefarmasian puskesmas. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan perbedaan dalam sumber daya pengelola pelayanan kefarmasian dan fasilitas penyimpanan sediaan farmasi. Namun demikian terdapat keseragaman pelaksanaan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi bahan medis habis pakai sudah memenuhi standar pelayanan baik pada puskesmas akreditasi dasar, madya dan utama. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan untuk perbaikan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi bahan medis habis pakai yang memenuhi standar pelayanan puskesmas. --- Health center are health facilities that carry out promotive and preventive health efforts. One of the pharmaceutical services management of pharmaceutical preparation for Medical Consumables in the form of planning, requesting, receiving, storing, distributing, destroying, controlling and administering. The purpose of this research was to find out whether there were differences in the implementation of pharmaceutical preparation management at main, intermediate and basic accreditation health centers in Tanah Laut District. The data was collected through interviews with six people in charge of Health centers pharmacy services based on the standard book of Health center pharmacy services. The results are obtained shows the difference in the resources for managing pharmaceutical services and storage facilities for pharmaceutical preparations. However, there is uniformity in the management of consumable medical pharmaceutical preparations that meet service standards at both basic, intermediate and main accreditation health centers. The results of this study are expected to be an input for the improvement of the management of medical consumable pharmaceutical preparations that meet the health center service standards.
