Abstract
Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat (STBM) yaitu keadaan ketika suatu komunitas tidak Buang Air Besar Sembarangan (BABS) atau dikenal dengan Open Defacation Free (ODF) untuk mengubah perilaku tentang hygiene dan sanitasi. Data STBM di Kabupaten Indramayu terdapat 449,72 ribu jiwa masih BABS sehingga akses sanitasi diperoleh 83 % dari 47 desa yang verified ODF. Berdasarkom data akses kemajuan BABS di Kecamatan Cikedung yaitu masih terdapat 7,221 jiwa dan presentase akses BABS 53.43% pada tahun 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengetahuan dan dampak penyakit di desa Cikedung Kidul Kecamatan Cikedung terhadap kurangnya penerapan pilar pertama. Penelitian ini merupakan studi analitik deskriptif dengan metode cross sectional studi yang mempelajari mengenai faktor penyakit dan pengobatan di masyarakat pada responden dengan cara door to door. Hasil analisis dengan aplikasi SPSS pada tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat tentang BABS masuk dalam kategori sedang, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan uji realibilitas yang rendah yaitu 0,469. Dampak penyakit yang terjadi yaitu demam 5,56%, diare 37,50%, infeksi kulit 25%, infeksi Saluran Pemafasan (ISPA) 3,13%, cacingan 23,44%, TB Paru 4,69, dan tifas 6,24, Selain pengobatan masyarakat di desa Cikedung Kidul Kecamatan Cikedung menunjukkan data basil uji realibilitas sangat rendah yaitu 0,124. --- Community-Based Total Sanitation (STBM) is a condition when a community does not or known asOpen Defacation Free (ODF) to change behavior about hygiene and sanitation. The STBM data in Indramayu Regency shows that 449.72 thousand people are still open defecation so that 83% of the 47 villagesaccess sanitation verified ODF. Based on data on access to defecation progress in Cikedung District, there are still 7,221 people and the percentage of open defecation access is 53.43% in 2021. This study aims to determine the knowledge and impact of disease in Cikedung Kidul Village, Cikedung District, on the lack of application of the first pillar. This research is a descriptive analytic study with amethod cross sectional study that studies the factors of disease and treatment in the community for respondents bymethod door to door. The results of the analysis with the SPSS application at the level of public knowledge about open defecation are in the medium category, this is indicated by the low reliability test, which is 0.469. The impact of the disease that occurs is 5.56% fever, 37.50% diarrhea, 2535 skin infection, respiratory tract infection 3.13%, intestinal worms 23.44%, pulmonary TB 4.69, and typhoid 6.24. In addition to community treatment in Cikedung Kidul Village, Cikedung District, the data from the reliability test results are very low, namely 0.124.
