Abstract
Berdasarkan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Kelompok A menunjukkan bahwa mampu memberikan penghematan obat sebesar Rp.19.561.100.437. ----- Inventory management is a very important element in the management of pharmaceutical product inventory. The current inventory management of RSU Pindad Kota Bandung uses a combined consumption and epidemiology method, but this method has a risk of drug shortages (out-of-stock). Methods that can minimize these risks are the ABC, VEN, and EOQ analysis methods. The purpose of the study was to determine the results of drug control analysis using the ABC, VEN, and EOQ methods in 2023. From the results of research through ABC analysis, there are 106 types of drugs classified as group A that need to be prioritized in inventory control. The results of the VEN method, the vital drug group (V) with a percentage of items as much as 4% with an investment value of 2%. Furthermore, 1761 drug items are included in the essential group (E) with a percentage of items totaling 91% with an investment value of 97%. The other 89 drug items are included in the nonessential (N) group with a percentage of items totaling 5% with an investment value of 1% of the total investment. Based on the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, Group A shows that it is able to provide drug savings of Rp.19,561,100,437.
