Abstract

Pada awal tahun 2020 terjadi wabah di Indonesia yang disebabkan oleh virus atau lebih dikenal dengan pandemi COVID-19, sehingga aktivitas pelayanan kesehatan difokuskan kepada wabah tersebut, sehingga program kesehatan yang telah berjalan sebelumnya seperti PROLANIS khususnya yang menderita penyakit hipertensi tidak tertangani dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan dan pengaruh PROLANIS selama masa pandemi dengan metode survei berupa case control dengan menggunakan pendekatan retrosfektif pada 32 pasien PROLANIS yang mengidap penyakit hipertensi di puskesmas Lemahsugih Kabupaten Majalengka, yang diambil secara purposive sampling menurut kriteria inklusi tertentu. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan 2 tahapan, yaitu dengan pengambilan data sekunder medical record serta dilanjutkan dengan data primer pengisian kuesioner. Kemudian data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan kausal- komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan PROLANIS selama masa pandemi dilakukan secara mandiri, pada kegiatan pelayanan obat masih efektif dilaksanakan, namun mengalami penurunan intensitas pada kegiatan PROLANIS lainnya, dan tidak mempengaruhi kenaikan tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik pasien (tetap stabil) namun memiliki pengaruh terhadap gaya hidup (aktivitas fisik, tidur teratur, konsumsi lemak, konsumsi natrium, merokok, konsumsi minuman bersoda dan konsumsi kafein) pada pasien PROLANIS. ---- At the beginning of 2020 there was an outbreak in Indonesia caused by a virus or better known as the COVID-19 pandemic, so that health service activities were focused on the outbreak, so that previously running health programs such as the PROLANIS, especially those suffering hypertension, were not handled properly. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application and effect of PROLANIS during the pandemic with asurvey method case-control using aapproach retrospective to 32 PROLANIS patients suffering from hypertension at the Lemahsugih Public Health Center, Majalengka Regency, which were taken by purposive sampling according to certain inclusion criteria. Data collection was carried out in 2 stages, namely by collecting secondary medical record data and followed by primary data filling out the questionnaire. Then the data were analyzed descriptively and causally-comparatively. The results showed that the implementation of the PROLANIS during the pandemic carried out independently, in drug service activities it was still effectively carried out, but experienced a decrease in intensity in other PROLANIS activities, and did not affect the increase in the patient's systolic and diastolic blood pressure (stayed stable) but had an influence on lifestyle (physical activity, regular sleep, fat consumption, sodium consumption, smoking, soft drink consumption and caffeine consumption) in PROLANIS patients.
