Abstract

Salah satu intrumen yang digunakan dalam proses evaluasi sediaan farmasi adalah alat uji absorpsi per oral. Alat uji absorpsi per oral yang ada hanya terdiri atas tabung crane and wilson tanpa adanya pengaturan suhu, sedangkan kondisi absorpsi dalam tubuh terjadi pada suhu 37oC. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memodifikasi alat uji absoprsi per oral dengan membuat pengaturan suhu agar dapat menyerupai kondisi proses absorpsi dalam tubuh manusia. Dalam pembuatan alat uji absorpsi ini, pada tabung crane and wilson ditambahkan chamber, heater, dan detektor suhu. Alat uji absorpsi per oral rakitan ini mampu membuat kondisi cairan dalam tabung crane and wilson bersuhu 37oC dengan stabil dalam waktu 1600 ± 138,56 detik. Ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat uji absorpsi per oral rakitan dapat membuat tabung crane and wilson memiliki kondisi seperti kondisi suhu tubuh manusia.;--- One of the instruments used in the evaluation of pharmaceutical preparations is an oral absorption test equipment. The existing oral absorption test equipment only consists of crane and wilson tubes without any temperature regulation, while the absorption condition in the body occurs at 37oC. The purpose of this research is to modify the oral absorption test equipment by making temperature regulation so that it can resemble the conditions of the absorption process in the human body. In making this absorption test equipment, the crane and wilson tubes added chamber, heaters, and temperature detectors. The oral absorption test equipment is able to stabilize the liquid condition in the 37oC crane and wilson tubes in 1600 ± 138.56 seconds. It can be concluded that the absorption test equipment by oral assembly can make crane and wilson tubes have conditions such as human body temperature conditions.
