Abstract

--- Pharmacy is a pharmaceutical service facility where pharmacists practice pharmacy. According to the Minister of Health Number 51 of 2009, pharmaceutical work is manufacturing, including quality control of pharmaceutical preparations, security, procurement, storage and distribution or distribution of drugs, drug management, drug services based on doctor's prescriptions, drug information services, as well as drug development, medicinal ingredients and traditional medicines. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the process of planning and procurement of drugs by e-purchasing so that there are no more drug stock vacancies. This research was conducted at the 7 Minute Pharmacy using descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection in this research was done by interview, observation, documentation study and triangulation. Based on the results of interviews, drug procurement at the 7 Minute Pharmacy has used the consumption method and the BPJS program drug procurement has used the epurchasing through e-catalogue but still cannot avoid drug vacancies due to delays in submitting orders made by the pharmacy and there is no information system. which can give a warning if the drug has entered the minimum stock besides that there are also obstacles from not fulfilling the number of drugs by e-purchasing by distributors.
