Abstract

Hipertensi didefinisikan sebagai tekanan yang melebihi atau sama dengan 140/90 mmHg. Hipertensi ini menjadi faktor utama dalam menyebabkan penyakit kardiovaskular lainnya. Angka kejadian hipertensi beserta komlikasinya terus meningkat setiap tahun sehingga potensi adanya ketidakrasionalan penggunaan obat semakin meningkat. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengunaan obat dan rasionalitas pengobatan pasien hipertensi rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Karawang Tahun 2021 ditinjau dari kategori tepat indikasi, tepat obat, tepat pasien, dan tepat dosis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional yang dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif dan menggunakan data restropektif yaitu lembar rekam medis pasien hipertensi tahun 2021. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu propotional stratified random sampling. Dari jumlah total 491 rekam medis pasien hipertensi, jumlah besaran sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 80 rekam medis dimana terdapat 82 lembar resep di dalamnya. Data-data yang diperoleh kemudian dibandingkan dengan menggunakan literatur The joint National Committee on Prevention, Detection, Evaluation, and Treatment of High Blood Pressure (JNC 8) tahun 2014 dan American Society of Hypertension (ASH) tahun 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasionalitas penggunaan obat antihipertensi di RSUD Karawang periode 2021 yaitu tepat indikasi 100%, tepat obat 81,82%, tepat dosis 98, 78% dan tepat pasien 100%. --- Hypertension is defined as pressure greater than or equal to 140/90 mmHg. This hypertension may becomes the main risk factors in causing other cardiovascular diseases. The incidence of hypertension and its complication continues to increase every year causing the irrational use ofe drugs to also increase. The purpose of this study is to determine therationality use of antihypertensive drugs at the outpatient departemen of Karawang Hospital in 2021 period, reviewing the axct indication, the right medication, the right dosage and the right patient. This study was an observational study conducted by using descriptive methods and using retrospective data or the medical record sheet of hypertensive patients in 2021. The sampling method used was propotional stratified random sampling. Of the total 491 records of hypertensive patiens, the number of samples used was 80 medical records where there were 82 prescription sheets in them. The data obtained were then compared using the literature of the joint National Committee on Prevention, Detection, Evaluation, and Treatment of High Blood Pressure (JNC 8) in 2014 and American Society of Hypertension (ASH) in 2013. The results showed that the rationality of the use of antihypertensive drugs in Karawang Hospital in 2021 period is 100% accurate on indication, 81,82% right on drugs, 98,78% right on dosages and 100% right on patients.
