Abstract

Automatic hematology Analyzer(AHA) merupakan alat penting dalam pemeriksaan hematologi rutin karena mampu memberikan hasil cepat dan akurat. Perbedaan kinerja antar merek Analyzer dapat mempengaruhi interpretasi klinis, sehingga evaluasi performa alat diperlukan untuk memastikan keandalan hasil laboratorium. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja tiga AHA, yaitu Analyzer A (standar), P, dan S, menggunakan 100 sampel darah klinis yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi (tidak hemolisis dan tidak menggumpal). Data dianalisis melalui uji KolmogorovSmirnov untuk normalitas, dilanjutkan dengan One-Way ANOVA untuk data berdistribusi normal dan Kruskal-Wallis untuk data tidak normal, dengan uji Levene untuk homogenitas varians. Uji post hoc dilakukan menggunakan Tukey HSD, Games-Howell, Mann-Whitney, dan Dunn untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan signifikan antar alat. Hasil menunjukkan sebagian besar parameter hematologi (WBC, LYM, RBC, HGB, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW-CV, PLT, dan PCT) berbeda signifikan (p < 0,05), sedangkan HCT dan PLCC tidak berbeda signifikan. Analyzer P menunjukkan kinerja paling mendekati Analyzer A pada sebagian besar parameter, sedangkan Analyzer S mendekati A pada parameter tertentu seperti MCH, RDW-CV, PLT, dan PCT. Dengan demikian, Analyzer P memiliki kinerja yang paling mendekati dengan alat pembanding A, yang saat ini digunakan dalam praktik laboratorium rutin. ----- Automatic hematology Analyzer (AHA) is an essential tool in routine hematology testing as it provides rapid and accurate results. Performance differences among Analyzers may affect clinical interpretation, making performance evaluation crucial for reliable laboratory outcomes. This study aimed to evaluate the performance of three AHAs, namely Analyzer A (standard), P, and S, using 100 clinical blood samples meeting inclusion criteria (non-hemolyzed and non-clotted). Data were analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normality, followed by One-Way ANOVA for normally distributed data and Kruskal-Wallis for non-normal data, with Levene’s test for variance homogeneity. Post hoc tests (Tukey HSD, Games-Howell, Mann-Whitney, and Dunn) were applied to identify significant differences between instruments. Results showed that most hematology parameters (WBC, LYM, RBC, HGB, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW-CV, PLT, and PCT) differed significantly (p < 0.05), whereas HCT and PLCC were not significantly different. Analyzer P consistently produced results closest to Analyzer A for most parameters, while Analyzer S was closer for MCH, RDW-CV, PLT, and PCT. Thus, analyzer P exhibited overall analytical performance most comparable to the reference analyzer A, which is currently employed in routine laboratory practice.
