Abstract

Obat menempati peranan penting dalam suatu terapi dimana berfungsi sebagai indikator keberhasilan untuk suatu pengobatan yang dilakukan di fasilitas kesehatan salah satunya di Puskesmas. Perencanaan dan pengendalian obat merupakan hal krusial yang dapat mengakibatkan proses siklus pengelolaan lainnya yang dapat berakibat buruk seperti penumpukan barang, penurunan mutu, bahkan kerusakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran ketepatan perencanaan dan pengendalian obat serta untuk dapat mengevaluasi efektivitas perencanaan dan pengendalian obat di Puskesmas Kutawaringin Kabupaten Bandung. Rancangan penelitian deskriptif data diambil secara retrospektif. Pengelolaan obat di Puskesmas Kutawaringin dilihat dari perhitungan indikator belum seluruhnya memenuhi standar. Pada aspek perencanaan obat hasil yang didapatkan indikator kesesuaian item obat dengan formularium nasional didapatkan hasil sebesar 79,46%, Kesesuaian Item Obat Dengan Pola Penyakit Sebesar 56,60%, dan Ketepatan Perencanaan sebesar 57,73%. Untuk hasil yang didapatkan pada aspek pengendalian obat indikator Inventory Turn Over Ratio didapatkan hasil sebesar 9,4 kali putaran, Tingkat Ketersediaan Obat sebesar 21,14 bulan, Item obat stok kosong sebesar 0%, Item obat stok kurang sebesar 0%, Item obat stok aman sebesar 38,39%, Item obat stok berlebih sebesar 61,61%, Item obat kadaluwarsa sebesar 13,39%, dan Item obat tidak diresepkan sebesar 8,92%. --- Drugs have an important role in a therapy which serves as an indicator of success for a treatment carried out in health facilities, one of which is at the Public health center. Drug planning and control is a crucial thing that can result in other management cycle processes that can have bad consequences such as accumulation of goods, decreased quality, and even damage. This study aims to obtain an overview of the accuracy of drug planning and control and to be able to evaluate the effectiveness of drug planning and control at the Kutawaringin Health Center, Bandung Regency. Descriptive research design data was taken retrospectively. Drug management at Kutawaringin Health Center seen from the calculation of indicators has not entirely met the standards. In the aspect of drug planning, the results obtained by the indicator of the suitability of drug items with the national formulary obtained results of 79.46%, the suitability of drug items with disease patterns of 56.60%, and the accuracy of planning of 57.73%. For the results obtained in the aspect of drug control, the Inventory Turn Over Ratio indicator obtained results of 9.4 turns, Drug Availability Rate of 21.14 months, Empty stock drug items of 0%, out of stock drug items of 0%, Safe stock drug items of 38.39%, Excess stock drug items of 61.61%, Expired drug items of 13.39%, and Unprescribed drug items of 8.92%.
