Abstract
Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengembangan sediaan serbuk protein telur yang dikombinasikan dengan daun kelor sebagai upaya memenuhi nutrisi melalui produk jamu tradisional. Serbuk protein telur dipilih karena kandungan protein esensialnya yang tinggi, sementara daun kelor dikenal memiliki beragam zat gizi mikro yang dapat meningkatkan nilai nutrisi produk. Pengkajian ini mencakup aspek regulasi dan persyaratan untuk pendaftaran izin edar sesuai ketentuan Peraturan BPOM No. 25 Tahun 2023, guna menjamin keamanan, khasiat, dan mutu produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi bahan ini dapat memenuhi syarat regulasi dan mendukung pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi masyarakat. Dengan demikian, produk ini memiliki potensi untuk dipasarkan sebagai jamu yang memenuhi standar izin edar BPOM, serta memberikan manfaat kesehatan yang signifikan. ----- This study explores the development of egg protein powder combined with moringa leaves to address nutritional needs through traditional herbal remedies (jamu). Egg protein powder was selected for its high essential protein content, while moringa leaves are recognized for their diverse micronutrients that enhance the product's nutritional value. This study examines regulatory and registration requirements for product licensing per BPOM Regulation No. 25 of 2023, ensuring product safety, efficacy, and quality. Results indicate that this combination meets regulatory requirements and supports nutritional needs within the community. Consequently, this product holds the potential to be marketed as a jamu with BPOM registration approval, providing substantial health benefits.
