Abstract
Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) adalah penyakit jenis baru yang disebabkan oleh virus yang dinamakan Sars-CoV-2. Jumlah kasus terkonfirmasi di Indonesia positif hingga 30 April 2021 menjadi 1.668.368 orang dengan jumlah kematian 45.521. Sedangkan untuk data pasien Covid- 19 di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara khususnya di Kota Bitung data pasien positif per tanggal 30 April 2021 berjumlah 1236 orang dan pasien meninggal 41 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tatalaksana terapi dan tingkat kesesuaian pemberian terapi pada pasien Covid-19 di Rumah Sakit Umum Bitung, Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data rekam medik pasien Covid-19 selama 6 bulan dimulai dari bulan November 2020 sampai April 2021. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan teknik random sampling pada setiap data pasien yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Sesuai rekomendasi Persatuan Dokter Paru Indonesia, Rumah Sakit Daerah Umum Bitung menggunakan antivirus dan vitamin pada terapi pasien Covid- 19, hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan kesembuhan 100% dan dari data yang diperoleh menunjukan pencapaian presentase yaitu 82,4% dalam jangka waktu 6 bulan dan bisa dikatakan dalam kategori baik dan sesuai dengan pedoman yang di terbitkan oleh Persatuan Dokter Paru Indonesia. --- Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) is a new type of disease caused by a virus colled Sars-CoV-2. The number of confirmed cases in Indonesia as of April 30, 2021 Is 1,668,368 people with 45,521 cases of death. As for the data on Covid-19 patients in North Sulawesi Province, especially in Bitung City, the data on positive patients as of April 30, 2021 amounted to 1236 people and 41 cases of death. The purpose of this study was to determine the therapeutic management and the level of suitability of giving therapy to Covid-19 patients at Bitung Hospital, North Sulawesi Province. The data used in this study was in the form of medical record data for Covid-19 patients for 6 months starting from November 2020 until April 2021. Data collection was carried out using purposive sampling and random sampling techniques on each patient data that met the inclusion criteria. In accordance with Indonesian Lung Doctors Association recommendations, hospitals use antivirals and vitamins in the therapy of Covid-19 patients, the results obtained show 100% recovery and from the data obtained, the percentage achievement is 82,4% in a period of 6 months and which can be said to be in the good and appropriate category with the compass published by the Indonesian Lung Doctors Association,
